Most remodeling and construction work—including structural, plumbing, and electrical—requires a city permit. We handle the entire permitting process for you, including plan submittals and inspections.

Bathroom Remodel: $25,000–$60,000+
Kitchen Remodel: $45,000–$120,000+
Room Addition: $300–$500 per sq. ft.
We provide a detailed, line-item proposal after a site visit and scope discussion.

Yes, many clients stay in their homes during phased remodels. We take steps to minimize disruption with dust containment, floor protection, and isolated work zones. For full remodels, temporary housing may be recommended.

Yes. We offer in-house design consultations and collaborate with trusted architects and engineers to produce complete construction drawings. We can manage the entire design and permitting process or work alongside your existing design team.

Yes, but we advise caution. Owner-provided materials can delay the schedule if damaged or late. Outside subcontractors must be licensed, insured, and approved in advance to ensure coordination and quality.

While we don’t offer financing, many clients use HELOCs or construction loans. We’re happy to provide documents lenders may need.
